- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆The changes since Nov 2015 have been substantial. The complex looks better and is trying (perhaps too hard) to give a feeling of community to the residents. The pool, general landscaping and dog play area were beautifully transformed. Chelsea and Carlos are outstandingly kind and considerate however, Hawthorne Management shows absolutely NO flexibility to solve your problems. We lived on the ground floor and the ceilings are extremely thin making every footstep and toilet flush sound like there is a 3:00 am parade in the apartment above you :)By Doug & Debbie Collier, May 13, 2017
